School of Further Education

The school consists of a further education institute, Shunde Open University, Community College of Shunde District. The school is an administrative authority and educational entity for the continuing education for various programs offering diplomas, certificates and degrees. It has a large array of college-level courses and programs such as part-time courses for vocational higher education, online education, international or regional cooperative education courses and programs. In total, there are courses and programs of 36 majors in the field of engineering, medicine, economics, management, education, foreign languages, art, and law. The school boasts a large network of conveniently-accessible teaching sites covering the area of Foshan, Zhongshan, and Zhuhai. So far, the school has been serving local communities with excellent adult continuing education and those who need to sharpen their professional skills or vocational training can take advantage of the school adult continuing education with online courses and courses that take place in classrooms in our teaching sites. Some of the excellent students of the school got master degrees from Tsinghua University and Hong Kong Open University.
