A Photo Exhibition and Review of World Week of Italian Cuisine and Casa Artusi were held at the Chinese Culinary Center of Shunde Polytechnic from Nov.23 to Dec.31, 2017. Ms. Alice Rubin, Deputy Consul General, Ms. Gloria Plazzotta, senior representative from the Consulate General of Italy in Guangzhou and Andrea Arquà, an Italian Master Chef presented at the opening ceremony.

Vice President, Mr. Tan Qianzhang delivered a speech at the ceremony, saying that it is the 2nd time for Shunde Polytechnic to host the exhibition and exchange activities of Italian Cuisine together with the Consulate General of Italy in Guangzhou. It exemplifies the friendship and closer cooperation between Shunde Polytechnic and the Consulate General of Italy in Guangzhou and will make further contributions to the culinary programs education quality in an international level.

A traditional Italian cuisine arts show by Master Chef Andrea Arquà was performed during the ceremony.
