On 2nd July, Shunde Polytechnic and NEUMAN & ESSER GROUP signed a cooperation agreement online and decided to build Guangdong- Aachen Green Energy Center jointly. Shunde Polytechnic President Mr Xia Wei signed the agreement on behalf of the college. Dean of the Energy and Automoblie Engineering and School of Foreign Languages and Foreign Trade (International Education and Communication Center) and other relevant teachers attended the ceremony.
On the ceremony, President. Xia briefly introduced Shunde Polytechnic. The cooperation is of great significance and will further promote the high-quality development of the clean energy industry in the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Bay Area. “The Outline Development Plan for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” lists equipment manufacturing and clean energy such as wind, light, nuclear power and hydrogen energy as key development industries. Foshan is an important base and pioneer area for hydrogen energy development in Greater Bay Area and has also become an important platform for international exchange and cooperation. It has formed a complete hydrogen energy industry chain with independent intellectual property rights in China.
Chairman of the NEUMAN & ESSER GROUP, Alexander Peters introduced the basic information about the group and expressed his high expectations for this cooperation.
Guangdong- Aachen Green Energy Center will work on developing and implementing green energy technology projects, helping enterprises to understand the technology and knowledge in the field of green energy and sustainable economy, and providing advisory services and projects solutions.
