Shunde Polytechnic was Selected as 2023 Vocational Education Foreign Exchange and Cooperation Typical Institution

From August 16th to 18th, Education Plus 2023 International Summit and Exhibition for Vocational Education and Training( 2023第七届中国(长沙)国际职业教育大会暨产教融合博览会) was held in Changsha, Hunan Province. At the meeting, Shunde Polytechnicwas selected as a typical college for foreign exchange and cooperation in vocational education.

In addition, the internationalization case of the School of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, "Refrigeration and air-conditioning technology major of Shunde Polytechnic of ' Going Global'", was rated as a typical case of “Belt and Road” vocational education cooperation. At the same time, on "Belt and Road" Occupational Standards Development Seminar, Shunde Polytechnic was awarded the "Laos Occupational Standards Project Model Develping Unit" by means of the international vocational Standards co-construction project of the School of Applied Chemical Technology.

China International Vocational Education Conference is jointly guided by China Vocational Education Association, Changsha Government, the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy, the German Embassy in China, UNIDO ITPO and other domestic and foreign organizations. It is hosted by Messe Stuttgart, the Belt and Road Europe-China Cultural Tourism Committee and the Organizing Committee of Education Plus International Vocational Education Conference. More than 3,000 participants from colleges and enterprises from more than 10 countries and regions, including Germany, Malaysia, Chad and Laos, participated in the event. The conference set up more than 20 sub-venues, covering Chinese + vocational skills, integration of production, teaching and research, international standards development, modern service industry and other vocational education related fields, and praised the units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions in various fields.
