The Higher Vocational group of the 2024 World Vocational College Skills Competition Finals came to an end recently, and the players of our school played an outstanding role in the competition, and achieved a total of one gold medal and three bronze medals.

Among them, the athletes of our school won 1 gold medal in the marketing group of the Finance and Trade track of the higher vocational group (Contestants: Chen Helin, Wang Zhimin, Li Dan, Li Meiqian; Advisors: Wang Lu, Liang Yichang).In the rehabilitation treatment Technical team of the Medical and Health Track of the Higher Vocational College Group (Participants: Wu Danxuan, Shi Yingxue, Li Yinyan, Liu Hua; Instructors: Li Shaoxian, Yan Xiaohua),Chemistry Experiment Technical Group of Biology and Chemical Course II of Higher Vocational College Group (Participants: Cao Jiaming, Zhang Qiquan, Wu Minyin, Ye Qing; Instructors: Cao Qingxiang, Li Jiawei), Equipment Manufacturing Racetrack - Robot System Integration Application Technology Group of Higher Vocational Education Group (Competitors: Luo Zhuochao, Yang Xinyong, Wei Jiaheng, Su Bin; Instructors: Deng Xia, Zhao Yanwei) each won 1 bronze award.

The 2024 World Vocational College Skills Competition will be jointly hosted by the Ministry of Education, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other ministries. This year is the first year that the "National Vocational College Skills Competition" has been comprehensively upgraded to the "World Vocational College Skills Competition", which marks an important step in the process of globalization of China's vocational education and highlights the growing influence of China's vocational education on the international stage. The competition has been upgraded from the original three-level competition system of school competition, provincial competition and national competition to the three-level competition system of school preliminary competition, provincial semifinal and finals of the World Vocational College Skills Competition, of which the final is divided into three stages:competition,qualifying and championship finals. The competition fully considers the direction of national industrial development, key industries, industries closely related to people's livelihood and well-being,and the needs of production practice. A total of 42 racetracks are set up, and the overall evaluation of the participating teams is mainly made from five aspects:skill level,professionalism,application value,teamwork,innovation and creativity.It is not only a competition of vocational skills,but also a display of vocational education achievements.It plays an important guiding role in cultivating more highly skilled talents.
