Teachers and students from Chitralada Technology Institute Visit Shunde Polytechnic for Academic Exchange

 On November 25th, teachers and students from Chitralada Technology Institute in Thailand visited Shunde Polytechnic for exchange. The Culinary School has carried out a training of Cantonese cuisine masters for teachers and students  from Chitralada Technology Institute.


During the training period, the Culinary School effectively carried out the East-West assistance program of "elderly hands guiding younger hands." Taking Guizhou Sour Soup and Thai Tom Yum Soup as the starting points, the school conducted in-depth exchanges with teachers and students from Thailand's Chirathivat Technical College. The aim was to promote the integrated development of cuisines, disseminate Chinese culinary culture, inherit Chinese culinary skills, and facilitate the international development of vocational education through cooperation between secondary and higher vocational schools.


Culinary school stated that by hosting this training, the institute had taken a solid step forward in cultivating international talent and promoting vocational education overseas. This move aligns with the direction proposed by Princess Sirindhorn, which signifies "auspicious and long-lasting development."
