On the afternoon of April 18, a 40-member delegation of teachers and students from Hong Kong visited our university for academic and cultural exchange. They were warmly welcomed by Gan Muyi, Member of the University Party Committee and Dean of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, along with representatives from the University Administration Office and the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office.

    Dean Gan Muyi presented the university's historical evolution and educational accomplishments to the visiting delegation. The Hong Kong delegation commended our institution's approach of integrating industry with education and pursuing internationalization in academic development, while extending congratulations on our outstanding achievements. They presented a certificate of appreciation to our university, and both parties established a cooperative agreement regarding student exchange programs.

    The delegation subsequently visited our university's School of Design and the Guangdong-Aachen Industrial 4.0 Application Research Center.

    The relevant official from the Party and Administration Office stated that the successful exchange activity helped share our university's educational achievements and will contribute to further collaboration with Hong Kong institutions.
