Shunde Polytechnic university has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Malaysia INTI International University, Malaysia

On March 15, a delegation led by Dato Chen Youxin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of INTI International University Malaysia, and Dr. Guoxiao Ke, Representative of China Projects, visited Shunde Polytechnic university. The two sides held discussions on deepening international education cooperation and officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding on International Cooperation.

Luo Dan, Vice President of SDPTU, as well as directors from the International College, School of Intelligent Manufacturing, School of Foreign Studies and Trade, and other relevant departments, attended the event.

At the meeting, Luo Dan extended a warm welcome to the delegation. She gave a detailed introduction to the university’s history, its distinctive features in industry-education integration, and achievements in international education. He also put forward constructive proposals on cooperation directions such as the 2+2 joint training program for Malaysian students coming to China.
Dato Chen Youxin spoke highly of SDPTU's educational achievements. He introduced Malaysia’s National Qualifications Framework and expressed full expectations for in-depth cooperation between the two universities in qualification recognition, industry-university-research integration and other fields.
The two sides had in-depth exchanges and full discussions on such topics as joint training of international students, diploma-to-degree progression, and international training for teachers, reaching a number of cooperation consensuses. Subsequently, under the witness of all the guests present, the two universities officially signed the Memorandum of Understanding on International Cooperation.
Founded in 1986, INTI International University Malaysia is a top-tier five-star private university accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia. It ranked 509th in the QS World University Rankings 2026, with its academic strength and international recognition among the top private universities in Malaysia.
