TRAINING OBJECTIVES

Targeting at household appliances industry in Shunde, this major cultivates innovative talents with household appliances controlling technique, who have the ability of product development, product inspection and sustainable development, and the skills of drawing circuit, utilizing singlechip and production inspection.

MAJOR CHARACTERISTIC

Intelligent household electrical appliance industry is the provincial demonstrative specialty, state-level key construction major and state-level prioritized cultivation colleges major constructed by Shunde Polytechnic. So far, one provincial quality course, three college level quality course and six network course are constructed. The teaching model is task-oriented, with combining teaching, studying and working processes. The teaching pattern of core courses bases on household electrical appliances industry around Shunde. The idea of creating one batch products, developing two products while inspecting products in level 2 is applied to cultivate students, which is utilized from basic skill training to core skill training. The specialty has established partnership with Midea, and other semiconductor companies from America and Taiwan. Training bases in and off campus are founded. The combination of theoretical study and practice contributes to cultivating students quality and skills.
