TRAINING OBJECTIVES

The specialty aims to train talents who are skilled in the CNC manufacturing technology, NC equipment operation and manufacture, installing debugging and repairing numerical control machine with the corresponding education level and good professional knowledge. Workshop production as well as technical management will also develop.

MAJOR CHARACTERISTIC

This major has become provincial level demonstration major in Guangdong since 2010. The Numerical Control training base is supported and constructed by the Ministry of Finance. The combination of teaching and training is utilized as the educational model, which contributes to development of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. So far, this speciality has one state-level quality course. That is Application of CAD/CAM/CNC, which obtained one piece of first prize of Guangdong teaching achievement.
